Patient app, iOS and Android
One app to see a doctor, get medicine and summon an ambulance
From a single app, patients can see a doctor, get medicine delivered, summon an ambulance, have lab tests done at home and ask to be admitted to hospital, and each record is saved to their personal health file.

The challenge
Every type of care was arranged somewhere different: ambulances by phone, doctors by queueing, medicine on paper prescriptions and lab reports fetched in person. No patient had one complete record of their care.
What we delivered
We made a single patient app for both iPhone and Android. It works together with the apps used by doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, riders and admin staff, so a booking or order changes for both parties straight away, and prescriptions and reports are filed in the patient's health records.
