How we work
Brief cycles, straight updates, nothing hidden.
You get a small senior team, software you can try every two weeks, and a fixed quote paid by milestone. Once live, an optional care plan keeps it secure, watched and getting better, with written response times.

- 48h
- Each working release cycle
- 2 wks
- Fault-fix warranty

How you pay
A single price to build, then care if you want it
Stage 1: building
One-off project
An agreed scope at a fixed quote, paid by milestone. Once it's paid, the code and accounts are yours.
- Discovery is paid, then credited if you go on to build
- Scope, timeline and fixed quote in writing
- Payments by milestone, linked to delivery
- No change begins until it is agreed in writing
- Post-launch bug-fix warranty of 60 days
- You receive the source code, documentation and accounts
Stage 2: once live
Monthly care plan
A subscription paid monthly so your software stays secure, monitored and improving, with written response times.
- Hosting, monitoring and a backup every day
- Security fixes and updates to dependencies
- Set response times when issues arise
- Monthly development time to make improvements
- A plain-English report every month
- End the plan on 30 days' notice
The steps
Five steps from brief to launch
All projects follow one pattern, which means you can always see the next step and what you are signing off.
- 1
Discover
We study how your business runs, settle the goals, then send a written scope with a fixed quote.
- 2
Design
Before any code is written, you sign off a clickable prototype, one screen at a time.
- 3
Build
Sprints of two weeks. Each one ends with you trying the real product.
- 4
Launch
Go-live happens at a quiet hour. We train your team and pass over every account.
- 5
Care
A monthly plan keeps it safe, quick and getting better as you grow.
Once you are live
Care plans that keep it healthy
Plans are monthly and priced for your system. Each one adds to everything in the plan below it.
Support targets
Response times put in writing
These targets apply in UK business hours. The Scale plan adds out-of-hours cover for critical issues.

Dedicated team
Developers who work on your product alone, month by month. Suits long roadmaps best.
Time and materials
Open scope, charged for time used, with a report each week. Suits products still taking shape.
Technical retainer
A fixed block of senior hours every month for reviews, advice and oversight.
Common questions
Answers up front
How much does a project cost?
That turns on how many screens and user types there are, which systems it has to link with, any data to be moved, and the platforms (web, iOS, Android, desktop). One call, then a written scope and fixed quote follow within 48 hours, giving you real numbers to compare, not estimates.
How long will a build take?
Scope decides that, and a timeline comes with your quote. Every two-week sprint ends with working software to look at, so you never have to guess at progress.
How are payments arranged?
Discovery is charged for, then credited to the build should you go ahead. The build has a fixed quote, paid by milestones linked to delivery. Once live, a care plan is optional and billed each month.
What is covered by the warranty?
For 60 days after you accept the launch, we fix at no charge any fault in the work we agreed and delivered. Changes and new features are planned as separate work.
Is a care plan compulsory?
No, it is your choice. Plans run month to month and end with 30 days' notice. Many clients keep one so that the same team stays on their system.
Can we switch plans later on?
Yes. A move to another plan can take effect when any month begins.
What does a care plan leave out?
Faults in third-party services, changes made by other suppliers, and new features that go past the monthly development time. You will always hear from us before any extra work begins.
At what point is the code ours?
Once the project is paid for, the code and the accounts become yours.
Tell us what you'd like built.
Describe the problem in a few lines. One call later, a written scope and a fixed quote reach you within 48 hours.
