The challenge
With five kinds of care and many partners, the team needed a single place to approve providers, set fair prices, choose who receives each job and intervene when something goes wrong.
What we delivered
We built an admin console holding a pricing centre with a fare simulator, dispatch rules, provider approvals, live orders, support chat and staff roles. AI agents flag problems and propose fixes, yet never touch prices, refunds or medical records.
