The challenge
Hundreds of client IDs and licences, each with its own expiry date and payment state, were followed in spreadsheets spread over several companies, by staff who work in different languages.
What we delivered
We built a management portal in which each ID shows its expiry date and whether it is paid, and entering income marks the matching ID as paid on its own. Licences, legal cases, HR documents, tasks and a monthly cash book are kept beside them.
