The challenge
Contract value, deadlines, materials, security deposits and bills reduced by tax and retention all differed from site to site. With everything held in spreadsheets, dues and deposits were often overlooked.
What we delivered
The system we built sorts sites by client body and works out each net bill once tax and retention are taken off. It follows dues and part payments, security deposits and their release dates, logs materials in and out for each site, and keeps receipts in the cloud.
